Salesforce: Careers Website Overhaul
In an ever-competitive talent marketplace with more acronyms than you can count (FAANG! MAMAA! Oh my!), Salesforce was faced with a simple task: creating a completely new careers website to attract, engage, and convert top talent. As lead copywriter on the project, I was tasked with creating 60+ pages of net-new copy.
The below is just a small snippet; you can see it all for yourself at careers.salesforce.com.

Home Page
Every page was written according to Salesforce brand guidelines, with a tone focused on being approachable, informative, and uplifting. You got this.

Locations Pages
(And yes, there is a page for all 30+ of our countries.)

Team Pages
From Sales to Engineering to Comms, each team received its own special copy treatment.
Life at Salesforce
Here, we give applicants an inside look at what can be an intimidating application process. Think of me as your work bestie.

Role Descriptions
In a company of 70k+ people, there's, well, a lot of roles. Each Team page includes a paragraph-long description of some of our most common jobs.
